You are welcome to follow the steps below to complete the form yourself, alternatively you are welcome to call us and we will be happy to discuss your wishes with you and answer any questions you may have.   Once complete the form will be emailed to you to keep, you may then share it with any family, executors, solicitors or personal representatives.

The funeral wishes form is not a pre-pain funeral plan.  It is a free to use tool designed to help guide you in thinking about your service and in turn, it allows you to share those wishes with the people responsible for arranging your funeral service.
